What Does This Guarantee Cover?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.

- Unopened & Unused Products: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and with all tamper-evident seals intact.
- Manufacturing Defects: If your product arrives defective or malfunctions within 30 days, we will issue a replacement or full refund, regardless of whether it has been opened.
- Change of Mind: Changed your mind? No problem. You can return the unopened item for a full refund, minus any original shipping fees.
What Is Not Covered?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products (unless defective).
- Products with broken hygiene seals that have been opened.
- Intimate accessories such as lubricants, cleaning products, or consumables, once opened.
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care.

How to Request a Return

- Ship It Back: Pack the item securely (in discreet packaging) and ship it to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or credit within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is complete.

We offer two refund choices:
- Full Refund – Refunded to your original payment method.
- Store Credit – Receive an AvidlovePlay gift card for the full value, plus an extra 10% bonus toward your next purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
